Q.Why should i use myVdrive

Q.I cannnot download any files at all! What is wrong?
For people that don't have a PREMIUM account, you will not be able to concurrently download multiple files using one IP address and you are also limited by the amount of data that you can download within a certain time period. If your IP address is shared with other myVdrive users, these limitations will be shared as well.
Q.Why is my download slow?
This may be due to your connectivity to our server network. You can increase the speed by upgrading to premium member.
Q.Can I resume my downloads?
Yes, you can resume your download if you are using our PREMIUM account. During your downloads, you can pause it at anytime and resume it whenever you need to.

Q.How long does myVdrive store my files?
For members that have a Premium account, your files will be stored indefinitely. And myVdrive keeps any files that are uploaded by a myVdrive member/non-member for 60 days
Q.What is the maximum file size I can upload?
Maximum upload file size of Free acount limits to 1024 MB max. If you are premium member, there is no limit of file upoload.
Q.Which files are allowed to be uploaded?
Any files that do not violate our terms or any laws in any countries. We do not accept files violating copyrights, and any pornography, and they will be removed as soon as we notice it. Please inform us if there are any violations by filing an abuse report on our front page.
Q.Can i upload more than one file at a time?
Yes you can upload more than one file at the same time
Q.Where do i see the link of my uploaded file?
It will be in the center of the page once the upload is complete. If you are uploaded multiple files, multiple download links will show up. for people that upload files frequently, we recommend that you sign up for a free personal online storage account. This way, you can manage your file portfolio easily with the file manager.
Q.Can i delete my uploaded files?
Yes you can, We provide delete Links after you have uploaded the files.
Q.Why is my upload slow?
Your speed depends on the connectivity that you have to our server network. This will affect your upload speed, making your uploads slower than expected.

Q.why doesn't the systemn recognize my new myVdrive PREMIUM account?
Make sure that cookies are enabled for your browser and that they are not being blocked. You can also check to see if your firewall is blocking cookies as well. If you don't have any cookies enabled, you will be required to enter your login data for every file that you download.
Q.How do I extend my PREMIUM membership?
Log into your existing myVdrive account. Go to the PREMIUM page and click on one of the buy now buttons. Once your payment clears, the PREMIUM membership you purchased will automatically be added to your existing membership.
Q.What is the "direct download" option in "My account"?
For PREMIUM users only, this allows you to download the actual file when you click on the download link without going to the download page.
Q.How can i change my password?
To change your password, you need to go to http://client.yesup.com/profile/change-password.
Q.I have forgotten my password, how can i restore access to my account?
Just go to https://account.yesup.com/dpt/forgot-password and enter your email. Our system will send "Reset Password" link to your email account.
